1) Who is Basement 01 for?
Basement 01 is for everyone: complete beginners who want to get in shape and build a healthier lifestyle,
and serious athletes who want to level up performance with structured CrossFit and HYROX training.
2) How often should I train?
Ideally aim for at least 3 sessions per week for consistent progress. If you’re new, start with what you can
recover from and build up gradually.
3) I can’t sign in / my account doesn’t work. What should I do?
First, make sure you’re using the same email you registered with (for example Google sign-in). If the problem
continues, email us with your full name and the email you used in the app and we’ll help you recover access.
4) How do I book a class or cancel a booking?
Open the app, go to the schedule, choose a class, and tap book. To cancel, open your bookings and tap cancel
(if cancellation is allowed for that class/time window).
5) How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from the app (Profile screen) or by emailing us with the subject “Account Deletion Request - Basement 01”.
