How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to:

What to Include in Your Email

Please include the following information in your deletion request:

• Your registered email address (the one you use to sign in with Google)
• Your full name as it appears in the app
• Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
• (Optional) Reason for deletion to help us improve our services

What Will Be Deleted

Once your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Your account profile (email, name, date of birth, phone number, gender)
• Physical information (height and weight records)
• All workout results and personal records
• Membership information
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Processing Timeline

We will process your account deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. Once the deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you used to request deletion.

Alternative: In-App Deletion

If you still have the Basement 01 app installed on your device, you can also request account deletion directly from the app's Profile screen.
