  • Communication: Your email address and phone number are used exclusively by gym owners to stay in touch with members regarding gym-related matters
  • Fitness Tracking: To display your workout results, personal records, and progress over time to help motivate you and track your fitness journey
  • Profile Management: To allow you to view and update your personal information

We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we do not send promotional emails to users.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our dedicated server with a PostgreSQL database. We implement the following security measures:

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest on our server
  • Secure Access: The server is accessible only via SSH, with restricted port access (ports 22, 80, and 443)
  • No Third-Party Access: Your data never leaves our server and is not shared with any third parties

We do not integrate with third-party analytics tools, cloud storage providers, payment processors, or any other external services. Your data remains exclusively on our secure server and is only accessible to authorized gym personnel.

We retain your personal information only for as long as you remain an active member of Basement 01. When you terminate your membership or leave the gym, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

  • Access and Update: You can access and update your personal information at any time through the Profile screen in the mobile app
  • Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us directly or by terminating your gym membership

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.
